LDM has made substantial investments in recent years targeted at the manufacturing of a high and consistent quality brass rod feedstock. We are able to supply a practically derived range of alloys in a number of forms and sizes, which meet the standards demanded by the most up-to-date processing machines. Our advanced casting technology enables us to provide brass rod with an uniform structure, and consistent physical properties. No less important are the finishing operations, where close attention is paid to size, tolerances and straightness.
Our alloys for free machining purposes are standard supplied in rod form, but very large sizes are available as continuous cast and milled billets.
All hexagons, squares, flats and profiles are supplied in stress relieved condition.
